BAVARIAN BEER TRADITION MEETS THE GREENEST TECHNOLOGY

Nature shows us that there is no waste. Everything is needed, used and further “processed”. It should be a never ending cycle. Due to the wasteful use of fossil fuels, the natural cycle has shifted- or in some cases came to a complete standstill.

We are searching always for a better solution. 

The result is our first CO2- neutral Major brewery worldwide. 

The Bavarian brewery brewhouse will reach the highest efficiency like never seen before through our unique CO2 process.

CO2 recovery is fundamental to the ecological footprint. Our biogas plant and power plant produce more energy as needed. Excess energy will be supplied to the community power network.

Water treatment process technology will give our water purity and exactly the character of traditional Bavarian beer.

Beer really DOES make you happier!

The feel-good effect is caused by the neurotransmitter dopamine.

Tempting foods and, it turns out, beer, stimulate the reward center in the brain

where the dopamine D2 receptor is located.

German Scientists looked at 13,000 different food components to find out which were the most effective at stimulating the reward center in the brain.

And they were surprised to find beer topped the list.

Hordenine, which is found in malted barley and beer, does the job of cheering us up pretty well.  The new findings were reported in the journal Scientific Reports.

The health benefits of beer

Beer is more nutritious than other alcoholic drinks.

We hear a lot about the abundance of antioxidants in wine, but beer has just as many.

The specific antioxidants are different because the flavonoids in barley and hops are different from those in grapes, but antioxidants are a good thing. 

Beer is also higher than wine in protein and vitamin B. Even better, beer contains iron, calcium, phosphates and even fiber.
